“I was very pleased with the advice that I received from the staff and fell more confident with looking after my python , I would recommend Littlehampton exotics to anyone”
“I went in to Littlehampton Exotice for help with my Tortoise the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and even gave me a box of special food look me round the shop to see their great selection of animals I would use them n trust them”
“PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS SHOP...... Sadly I'm unable to give this shop more than 1 star and I'm uncomfortable giving them a rating that high, I have to give at least this in order to leave my review. Very rude staff and the advice they give is hugely inaccurate. I purchased a snake from them that in my ignorance at time of purchase was in very poor health. Very dehydrated as they don't and even advised me NOT to give it a water bowl. I IGNORED THIS AND THE POOR THING DRANK FROM THE BOWL I PROVIDED AS IF IT HAD NEVER HAD A DRINK IN IT'S LIFE. The enclosure they sold me to go with the snake was completely unsuitable so I had to buy a proper setup from a reputable shop near by. 3 weeks later the poor thing is covered in mites. Evidently an import from farm or wild caught although I was told it was captive bred from his mate in Essex yet Mike the owner was unable to back this up with any evidence after I became suspicious and requested proof. Please avoid at all costs and go to one of the other shops in the area who know what they're doing. Also keep scrolling through the reviews, a shocking amount of negative comments. I also had to return the heatmat the day after purchasing as it was faulty and was met by a very aggressive woman who was very unhappy to exchange. A cruel and dreadful establishment! Please for the sake of the animals AVOID!!!!!!”
