hello, have you permanently changed your boxes please? just had our delivery of cotswold sweet but not in the usual green flip tray box. box says its 2kg but label says 1kg. will keep some of the originals boxes for storage if that is the case. thanks

Hi Erin, Yes the box change is permanent. The dpd labels all say 1kg regardless of if you've ordered 1kg or 10kg (it's just an automation by the system) but the box will be what size you've ordered :-)

Hello, I ordered a 2kg box of hay. I received the box today but it says weight 1kg on the label?

Hi Becky Is the weight on the DPD label or the box itself? Could you please send a photo? Dpd labels are auto generated, each box is weighed by us before dispatch and the size of the box dictates the size so if i could see a photo i can help resolve the confusion.
