They sent me a Dell Inspiron that would not switch on; I sent it back by Parcelforce because they would not let me print a returns label.

Here we go again. More of my returns lost. This time I'd taken parcels to the post office 2 days in a row just before new year. More than 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on refunds to my account for 7 items about £250 as usual I keep my proof of return but now as usual have to wait on Littlewoods investigations . Not sure I will order again as this isn't the first time this has happened.

Very overpriced , too much cheap fabric , polyester , viscose etc however some homewares bargains in the sales . Lots of branded clothing which is good but once again can be bought much cheaper elsewhere. They do offer interest free credit for 20 weeks and free delivery and returns but you pay over the odds for this .

So I I left it another few days then contacted someone on their iChat to be told I needed to give them a returns number.

Worst costumer service ever experienced. They leave you holding for over an hour and then cut you off. They never receive returns so you lose money. They cannot solve any queries they just pass you to another department - must be 100s of departments!!! This company should be closed down, awful experience and will never go near Littlewoods shop direct again
