HAVE BIT HAD A CHANCE TO HOOK UP THE SYSTEM YET. SO FAR, THE ASSY SEEMS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TEST THE SYSTEM TO INSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS OK? DOMINGO

PRICING IS A BIG PART OF BYUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY. I WOULD BE GREAT IF THERE WAS A LOCATION ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO GET THE CORRECT PRICING.

The product I purchased and installed for a customer failed after two weeks. (It was a shut off valve for a hand-held shower.) It was not an expensive product, but it did cost me a bit of credibility with that customer...

Hard to find in USA other than UK for a good price. I think even your price is to high for this item on sale. Wish it had no pillow, seat pushes one forward as you rise. I turned it around. Have back pillow under legs. Otherwise will have to like it if I want a bath versus a shower.

Would have scored aces except for one very important issue: Live Oak seemingly has no email software program. Once my order was placed (for a rather pricey item), I received no further info on the order until UPS let me know the pkg. was due to arrive. I had to initially call Live Oak just to make sure the order had gone through. So, delivery time was quick, the price was the best I found on the web, and the person that i originally talked to was kind and informative. And I would order from the web site again should the need arise.

Only used it twice so far, but was better the second time. Takes a little getting used to the process and sitting in correct placement for inflation and deflation is a skill that improved with second use. Seems like it will save us from major renovations in bathroom making our present tub safer to use. The battery pack is easy to use and charged without a problem. I keep it plugged in when not in use. Folding up the device for hanging was a bit of a challenge the first time as the diagram was not very helpful. Now that I have discovered how to do it, all is fine. We hung it on a wide plastic hook in a closet when not in use.

I ordered a replacement monitor from LiveOakMed.com, but about ten days later had not received notice that it had been shipped. When I inquired via email, the company was immediately responsive. The monitor was shipped within two days and received shortly thereafter.

I was disappointed that the Camel battery delivery was delayed due to inventory damage because I really needed it and there was no other place I could purchase it. Andy Maddux maintained contact and tried his best to fill my order and I would buy from the company again.

I was happy with the product - it was sturdy and exactly as described. The price was competitive. My call into LiveOakMed regarding the status of the order was handled efficiently by the person I talked with.

The "lazy susan" seat device which was supposed to help my husband (who has Parkinsons Disease) swing into his seat in our car did not function well at all. It was too soft and too low for a leather bucket seat. The door handle was smaller than we expected and, without the help of the swiveling seat cushion that didn't swivel well, also did not do its job. It was not easy to return this item - returns are through a drop ship facility and not free. So, adding to the original cost of this item and expensive shipping to us (which we paid, of course), we had to pay to ship it back. I am not pleased with the experience, hence, our poor rating.

The box in which the AirFlo was packaged was smashed when we received it. We have not yet had an opportunity to try out the system, to be sure it works properly; however, when paying more than $2,000 for an item, I would expect it to arrive in perfect condition.
