This tool can`t even do a re-gen on 2009 ford kuga
we scanned 3 different vehicles that clearly had Engine management faults, this tool either comes back "no fault found" or "communication error "not supported" can`t even diag a airbag fault on a 2012 kia picanto even though the airbag light was on.
LJM Car Diagnostics advertise this tool as "FULL System" "ALL Makes" Diagnostic Tool" Clearly not as described!!
I sent logs from the device to LJM diagnostics who just kept fobbing me off with copy and past rubbish and at one point said that the "manufacturer is on holiday" (I have all this in emails as proof).
Here is a quote from "ONE OF" the emails they sent me.........
"if that so ,please check if there's problems with your seat belt sensors are broken or buckles in bad connection ?
just test it by disconnecting the buckles ,see if can be detected and show any warning tips on dash ,
if no any reaction , should be the problem with your sear belt buckles sensor, need to fix the sensors first .
please check again.
THEY CLEARY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT AUTOMOTIVE AIRBAG SYSTEMS!!!

LJM Car Diagnostics tried to refuse me a "full" refund... This is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Fortunately I paid via MasterCard so instructed my bank to claim back my money via section 75 consumer credit act.
