This company should be avoided at all costs. They are the worst customer service you can get. Very unhelpful, slow to refund and simply a horrid company to deal with.
They took a week of questions and wanting images for a simple prescription.
PLEASE don't ever use this appalling bunch of amateurs

Paid for stuff (over £80 ) for an online order.Didn't arrive. Called them - ITS OUT OF STOCK! Now have to wait 5 days for refund, if I hadn't of called they would have kept my money until it came into stock (no ideas when that would be) BEWARE!
