“Very good prompt reply to initial enquiry polite gave full information about job required. Arranged for new parts to be collected. On time on day of jobrang prior to inform me of eta. Clean workman removed debris from repair no mess. Job was completed within time quoted. Renummeration for job appeared to be fair price job completed to good standard”

“Tommy came looked at job explained what he would do , gave me an estimate in two days , but in the meantime I had another guy come out somebody my daughter knew and he sorted it out I contacted Tommy thanked him an explained what had happened . He was pleased that I let him know , thanked me for doing so Bill Mercer”
