“Tommy came looked at job explained what he would do , gave me an estimate in two days , but in the meantime I had another guy come out somebody my daughter knew and he sorted it out I contacted Tommy thanked him an explained what had happened . He was pleased that I let him know , thanked me for doing so Bill Mercer”

“They did the job that was requested and sorted out the blocked pipe. Couldn't use the toilet after they left, so had to get someone else in to do other remedial work.”
