“Careful ! They don't inform customers of security fee of PHP pesos of 5k to 7k. If dont pay for the security fee, You will not get a refund even if services not given. They say it's for first timers.. beware!! Have to deal with the worker,the handler and Locanto rep.”

I paid for Locanto ads but never was able to use it even though I tried for many weeks.
After couple of weeks of very hard trying and getting like 20 emails back and forth with so-called customer service (keep in mind there is NO PHONE service available) I got tired of it and asked for refund of service I paid for but never was able to use.
This company until today refusing to give refund telling me "keep trying to publish it".
Very disappointed with this SCAM and do not advice anyone to use this so-called company.”
