“ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT THIEVES had to send the locks back, now been told everybody in the finance department is on "leave" and I will have to wait 30 days for my refund! thats after they snatch 25% "re-stocking" fee. absolute thieves!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT ROBBERS.

“The lock that arrived wasn't suitable which was my fault I accept. However returning the lock was at my expense as you would expect but they then took £21 out of a £79 order as a restocking fee!! I mean really?! I would not use this company again or recommend them to others. Very negative experience”
