“This place is a scam they got me for 1300.00 and end result was I tried to get my bank to step in. They gave false info to bank and still are calling me telling me stuff about website maintenance etc to get more money. I will give them reviews till the day I die. Don't do it 330-312-1126 please don't scam me any further 8/8/23 They just called me again and said they let people go and that they could start my project again. I asked for a refund again. Strange the caller ID said deer park family. I blocked it, they never give up”

“Paid these people to design a very simple logo, while literally giving them all of the required elements. All they had to do was arrange it in a proper manner and pick a color scheme. Took them 5 days to get back to me with an initial concept, even though they've promised 48 hours. It is very difficult to get a hold of anybody as far as customer service is concerned, and before they connect you to a person they ask you how much you paid for the logo. The login information for the site was broken. I couldnt log in to the website to reach out to the designer or to evaluate the concepts being worked on. After the initial contact with a supervisor by the name of Keith Fernandez, i was left to wait another several days without any news updates. Ive asked these people to at least fix the login situation or to send me the reset link via email. 3 days in a row the guy promised it was going to be done, the opposite was true however. They have too many excuses and not enough execution. The price was attractive but they lack in every KPI imaginable as far as customer service is concerned. - Pavel S.”

“They are your best friend when they want your credit card. They make false promises, and false claims on their refund policy. Horrible company. Steer clear UPDATED REVIEW: They sent rebuttal documents to my credit card company and FRAUDULENTLY fabricated email responses from me. I am going to the local authorities and FTC to report this.”

“Scammers!! Use a pre pay card if you choose to do business with these people. Logo Genies stored my card information from my original purchase. Then later charged my card without my consent or asking for my card information. I filed this as fraud and got my money back. Logo Genies disputed my fraud claim, provided false documents and was my money was returned to them. I had to waste time and prove that the documents provided were in fact false, and my money was returned to me AGAIN! So Logo Genies scammed me, and scammed my credit card company. This time they got caught but judging by reviews on other websites, I'm definitely not the first to be scammed by Logo Genies.”

“I wanted to hire the best and after looking at several other logo and web design companies, I knew Logo Genies was the perfect fit for the job. They are true professionals. “I have absolutely loved working with Logo Genies! They made me feel completely at ease with professional, and polite but human manner of communication throughout the project, but more importantly; they were so passionate and motivated that when I was working with them and talking about my business – which is my baby, they increased my excitement and motivation! They gave me lots of ideas and help with marketing and advertising, and when I had feedback on their first logo draft, we discussed exactly what the idea was together – and they even accepted my terrible drawings of what I had in my head as an idea! “My experience with Logo Genies was stellar. I received my magnificent designs over the course of 2 days. The hardest part was deciding which one to choose because they were all so good. “Out of so many designers out there, Logo Genies stood out and the reasons for this were made clear from the initial contact right down to the completion of project. Their process and procedure for designing our logo was exactly what we had hoped for and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. On top of their clearly creative and talented efforts and the designs that they offered to us, their educated reasoning for each design was immensely welcomed and paramount to the decision-making. “I have used Logo Genies to design three business logos. Their work has always been outstanding, so I used them to design my boat logo. They absolutely translated my vision into reality within a few days. I'm continually blown away by their designing skills! The process is very easy and the communication is always prompt!
