I would select 0 but one star was the lowest. I order a soft blanket with my great nephew college logo and it was horrible. I paid 40 dollars for that mess. The quality was worth 1 dollar. It was the size of a towel soft fleece. The die was in be directional. Brush it one way and you could see a decent logo rendering. Go in the other direction and it looked like a scratch from a scr w driver on a leather sofa. Never again. Never would I Oder something that i can not feel the quality. I'm embarrassed to give it to him. Maybe I will use it like wrapping paper.

I purchased the $699.99 Package5-Complete Brand Startup package through Logo Verse Inc. This package includes, The complete Design & Development of a Custom Informative website + Unlimited Logo concepts with unlimited revision + business cards letterhead and envelopes designs for you plus all the final files are handed over to you which is the AI, PSD, EPS, GIF, BMP, JPEG, PNG, PDF Formats +Social Media Banner Designs + Watermark Design + T shirt Design + 500 Printed Business Cards 1 at $699.99. I'm starting a new business so I decided to purchase this package because eventually I will need all this for my business. To start off with I was told I would see samples of the Logos within 24 to 48 hours. Then I was assigned a Project Manager, not to mention any names on here but I felt the Project Manager could have done a better job at providing service to me as the customer, but instead I felt like whatever that project manager had to do on his end came first. I was given excuse after excuse on when I would receive a call, I get text messages saying he'll call in 5 minutes and after 5 minutes I get nothing, and hour later I get an excuse text about being stuck in a meeting. I asked when I should see his emails come through, I'm told it's being sent again, and all day no email, and no communication letting me know if its sent or not, but I never received it. I finally decided to reach out to the company on chat asking for a refund, and once I did then at that minute I received communication on text, and emails were coming through. I was given the excuse of technical difficulties with emails not going through, with text or calls I would get the excuse of "Sorry I was in a meeting, or the meeting ran longer than expected". Customer Service should always come first regardless of company meetings, company meetings wouldn't exist if the company doesn't have customers. A week later I finally received samples of the business logo, that I was told I would see in 24 to 48 hours. I chose which logo to go with and mentioned I needed business cards and everything in the package that I paid for, and the project Manager again said I will call you in 5 minutes and again nothing. I got feed up with the customer service on both ends of the company. The Project Manager and the person I spoke to on Chat on the company website, who told me I will be hearing from someone from the payment department to talk about a refund, but I never received a call from them. I called the company again today to speak to someone in the payment department because now I am really fed up about the service and not hearing from anyone regularly on what's going on and where everything is at. I get the same excuse from the person on the phone "there's no one available now to speak with you, they don't come in until later and not sure when they will come in, it could be 4 to 6 hours from now", WOW! that's just great.... another bad service provided. Take my money and run, basically! Right now I just want a refund which I doubt I'll get, and definitely going with a different company that has better customer service with more communication between customer. I don't know what's all involved with designing logos, but that's why communication is very important so customer's know what to expect. Maybe the company is good, maybe I just had bad luck, but whatever it is my experience was not good and not what I expected, and I will take my business elsewhere.

Roy Murphy with logo verse had gone back on his word multiple times with pricing, continued to change the price on me. Sloppy work, and he agreed the files would be emailed, he tried to send a Zip file, and basically told me to "figure it out myself" on how to receive the files, he fixed that, now noticing just sloppy work around the edges and he's refusing to fix. 10/10 would not recommend this company, get a real artist not some Aussie fart using Microsoft paint.
