“I've been purchasing the 5kg Nutrisport 90+ strawberry protein shake for many years with the last 3 occasions being from London Supplimemts and never had an issue. Unfortunately however, the last 5kg strawberry that I purchased tasted very bitter and nothing near to strawberry at all. I've emailed both London Suppliments and Nutrisport to inform of the issue and asked for a response and customer service feedback, but received no response from either organisations. Very disappointing to spend hundreds of pounds every year as a loyal customer and receive no customer service when there's a manufacturer problem. From now on I'll take my hundreds of pounds elsewhere and purchase another protein manufacturers products.”
