“Will Avoid site at all costs, sold me a product for £16.99, sent me tracking numbers the lot to then email me 4 days later to tell me the item is out of stock. In the email it said I could pick a replacement product so I've looked on there site and the original product was in stock for £32.99. So I've rang them to query this (customer service was extremely rude) and they've told me the item isn't in stock its just what they do when it's not, take peoples money anyway. (Even tho I don't believe this I think someone just messed up with pricing and doesn't want to send me my product at what they sold it me for).”

“I opened a new account and was told that I would get £5 off. But I did not get this. I emailed the sales team but no one got back to me. Very bad customer service. Also, the delivery took around a week.”

“Delivery was fine, just the product is extremely hard and clumpy and unusable and it is still not dissolving when mixed with water. I get that sometimes a pre workout can get hard but when a company doesn’t respond to your emails to try and resolve the issue then their integrity is tarnished. Unfortunately i will not be buy supplements from this company.”

“Hi I’ve emailed regarding a lumpy powder on a full as F supplement, I’ve not left a google review as I’m waiting for a response on a an email, I’ve had this product before and it was not lumpy anf the powder was a fine powder which leads me to believe this has been exposed to moisture. Please advise Thanks Amir”

“I ordered the Rich Piana Full as F*CK pre workout and it is unusable. Moisture has clearly got in to the product and it has clumped together and smells awful! I've used this product before from another supplier and I know what it's supposed to smell and look like. I have message customer services a few days ago for a full refund but I am yet to hear back. It's the first and last time ordering from London Supplements and due to this experience I cannot recommend this supplier. If anyone from customer services is reading this I'd appreciate it if you could get back to me asap.”

“I got an email telling me my item was dispatched and will be with me in a few days. Got a later email to say the item is out of stock and I can get a refund or alternative. Confused how I was able to buy an item out of stock and why the email saying dispatched was sent poor communication”
