“I'm yet to receive my first order after 7 days. Don't know how long the second will take. Yes, I had issues with payment right from the start but I blamed it on my bank - hoping the the subsequent processes would be smooth but here we are. I like the site and products but there are issues that need attention.”

“I ordered 4 items over a week ago & they haven’t arrived. I got a Yodel link that says it’s still with the sender & they told me Royal Mail lost the parcel. Have asked for a refund 3 times and not heard back.”

“Will Avoid site at all costs, sold me a product for £16.99, sent me tracking numbers the lot to then email me 4 days later to tell me the item is out of stock. In the email it said I could pick a replacement product so I've looked on there site and the original product was in stock for £32.99. So I've rang them to query this (customer service was extremely rude) and they've told me the item isn't in stock its just what they do when it's not, take peoples money anyway. (Even tho I don't believe this I think someone just messed up with pricing and doesn't want to send me my product at what they sold it me for).”
