“This was my first time ordering from London Supplements. I was reluctant and hesitant at first because I wasn't sure what to expect from them. And as you know there are many companies that let customers down. However, after reading positive reviews about them I took my chance and placed an order. I even phoned their customer service to make sure everything was OK. And they didn't let me down. My item was delivered on time, it was in perfect condition, it was also cheaper than their competitors, and the customer service person I spoke to was very helpful. So based on that first order I was very pleased with how everything turned out and highly recommend them.”

“The order went through very efficiently and the delivery via Royal Mail was swift. However, on opening the box the bag containing the protein powder was split, culminating in some spillage. Luckily, I hadn't used all of my last bag of powder, so I transferred the new powder to my existing bag.”

“Delivery was fine, just the product is extremely hard and clumpy and unusable and it is still not dissolving when mixed with water. I get that sometimes a pre workout can get hard but when a company doesn’t respond to your emails to try and resolve the issue then their integrity is tarnished. Unfortunately i will not be buy supplements from this company.”
