“They are not transparent about their pricing. The price goes up and they lie through their teeth about what they initially told you and keep adding it on. No receipt, no invoice. DONT TOUCH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO be diddled .”
“These guys are shysters. They asked me to photograph my window and gave me indicator price - for boarding the window and fitting the new one. I went for fitting only. When they arrived the price - without boarding - was over 30% more than the original with boarding. And the joker added a further £40 on top, claiming the price that’s what he has told me the price was. I didn’t get a receipt. I was just too tired to have a fight. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.”
