“It is a crimnal company. They quoted you 50+VAT to open the lock but actually charged 200+VAT for a job less than 5 mins. Try to avoid if you can. Very shameless company”
“This company overcharges for its services and locks - DO NOT USE THEM. You will be charged for a callout fee, £190 cost to "drill the lock" even if not required, labour of £100, £200-400 for a replacement lock that costs £30-£40 from the local hardware shop. Their locksmiths are aggressive and pushy. You can find reliable and trustworthy locksmiths elsewhere.”
“Extortionately priced. They charged £532.80 to break a simple front door lock and replace it. They did not disclose the cost of the new lock or labour involved and presented me with the invoice once the (20 minutes') work was complete. No attempt was made to enter non-invasively. The vast majority of the other reviews left for this company are clearly fake.”
