“Mike C and the owners are liars and deceiving! I've reported them to DTI in Philippines and BBB in USA. I paid for the international package and did as instructed. When it came time to receive marriage license application after I paid them well over 1,000 usd they never returned my calls or emails. Mike Capricciuolo than blocked me on messenger and FB. Meanwhile he continues to solicit for more people to rip off! Buyer beware! Once they have your money they deny they know you or in my case they will block you! They requested a payment to GCASH. I should've known it was a scam.”
