“There are many soured cream products by large national suppliers but we wanted to support local businesses, so tried some from Longley Farm. Sadly it was really thin, not even single cream texture.
We wanted to check with the company that their product wasn’t meant to be like this, as all will be different. We were hoping it was a one off. So we emailed them to check as we always give any company a chance to respond and put things right.
Sadly, we received no answer, no response to our email at all. So we’ll just switch to a larger supplier.”
