“DO NOT use this company. Item ordered September. Never arrived. Many emails promising delivery. Still never arrived. Requested refund, refund promised within 10 working days. Now December no item and no refund. Bank has put investigation on, on my behalf. Gov.uk site states company west into liquidation 24/01/24.”

“I ordered 30 ml of John Paul gaultier on 15 November I still have not received the perfume, the money has been taken from my bank account, I cannot get any response from them look incredible ??? I will be contacting my credit card company, no goods received, paid in full ? Either refund my money or send the goods as advertised please otherwise I will be taking appropriate legal action”
