“I regret using this company. I returned the item I'd ordered and was told I'd receive a refund. Over a month after they received the item back, they said they'd issued a refund which would arrive within 10 business days. It never came. They then said "a refund has been successfully processed on our end. If you haven’t yet received it, we recommend reaching out to your bank to dispute the payment." My bank said there was no evidence of a payment having been received. After that, they said (three months ago) they would try sending the refund a different way (bank transfer), but they haven't. There's been a lot of emails back and forth, with their replies seemingly intended to waste time. I've given up hope of receiving a refund.”
“Item never arrived, they stated that a refund was issued, never got it. I am fighting with them to get my money back. I have now involved my bank and Resolver to escalate my case. Contacted customer care and first they will issue the refund please 3- 10 days. Then still nothing. Contacted customer care again and been told to wait 3-7 working days again. Still no refund. The phone number on the website is never been picked up. Waiting on music forever. Avoid this website!!”
