I would never go near a company normally without PayPal. I was unwell and needed perfume for my Granddaughters Birthday.
No perfume, no refund and no answers.
It’s taught me a lesson. No PayPal not trustworthy.

“Look at the reviews and approach with caution, No actually do not approach at all! They should be bright yellow like one of those deadly Amazonian frogs to ward people off. If I was to speculate I would say looking at their business practices they are in Dire straits, which is ironic as they want 'money for nothing', your money! They are tip toeing in the edge of legality and trading standards law by holding people's money for as long as possible with nothing in return. Like a builder who demands paying up front, lays 10 bricks and never returns but in court months later he says "come on, I started the job and had every intention of finishing it". Do yourself a favour and take your money to Boots or John Lewis etc, at least you know they won't rinse you and you can actually speak with them and get civil professional cooperation.”

Ordered birthday present for my Father on 19th August. Still not received item.
After chasing apparently first delivery got lost. Still not received any tracking for 2nd dispatch. Company does not answer the telephone.
Please avoid. Much better companies to purchase from which offer next day delivery.”
“I had a highly disappointing experience ordering from Look Incredible. I ordered a gift for my mother, with the assurance that it would arrive in time for her birthday. Initially, I received a dispatch email but no tracking information. When I checked the website, it still listed the order as unfulfilled, so I reached out to their customer service for an update.
I was told that the order was on its way and would arrive on time, but the delivery date came and went with no sign of the package. After following up again, I received no response this time. Eventually, I received a second dispatch email, but it was from Yodel, days after the gift should have been delivered.
Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of communication and late delivery completely soured my impression of this company. I won’t be buying from Look Incredible again and certainly do not recommend them to others. Don’t trust their delivery promises.”
“Can't give a low enough rating for this site. Excuse after excuse of why item hasn't arrived. Asked for tracking number 4 times never received it. Have raised a dispute with bank to hopefully get money back. Customer service is.the worst i have ever experienced from an online company!”
“Worst company ever. Placed an order on 29 July, they cancelled it two days later saying it was lost, sent me a bogus tracking number. Tried calling, never pick up. Emailed several times re my refund. They replied a couple of times fobbing me off saying it takes 3-7 days, which is BS! This is a scamming company of the highest order. Reported to trading standards again, and my credit company. Hopefully they'll be closed down for good this time. Trying to scam people out of money. Some may get an order it appears to be a lottery, most don't”

What kind of company gives an estimated delivery time of upto 13 days after you have placed an order?! Unheard of.
Hadn’t arrived on time and apparently it was despatched (even though I hadn’t ever had a email confirming this with a physical tracking number).
So they said there had been a problem with the courier. A courier which I had no tracking information or physical evidence that they had my parcel.
Honestly, I’m 100% wishing I’d read these real, honest reviews before I made a purchase.
