“ Got non refund though i cancelled my booking ”

“ I cancelled and I was told a refund would be done with 3 -10 days on the 16th May , I have sent 6 emails and everyone has been ignored . No contact number to speak to a human being Would never use this company ! Appalling service ”

“ I am very angry and upset, i have used this company many times before but have never had to amend or cancel but having to change my flights i went on to amend my booking, it said i needed to pay another £11 which i did by Paypal, the payment was taken but you haven't amended the dates then i tried to cancel and its impossible on the website.
