Also, on the way back my flight was delayed for hour and a half, and I was worried that I will incur extra charges, as I booked car collection for an earlier time, no issue at all, called them when I passed passport control and they advised the car will be ready to collect in 10 minutes. We used Looking 4 parking on the 18th March at 5am, we were taken to terminal 4 by a very friendly chap who dropped us off and told us to phone on returning when we had collected our luggage. This we did and we were collected by the same chap within 15 to 20 minutes of the phone call. The service was great! ”
