“I placed an order with the promise of next day delivery only to be told two weeks later that the items have been discontinued? I have asked for a refund but have had no reply.”

“I had minor delivery issues, redelivery arranged with minimal fuss. Desk arrived damaged in multiple places, have not received response, despite sending two emails.”

“A very disappointing experience. Order was place and item was in stock, to arrive the next working day, well it didn't, told it would be no later than the beginning of the following week, it didn't appear, then told it wasn't in stock and would be landing mid following week, shipped out and arriving no later than the end of that week. That didn't happen either, then told arriving mid next week, by now, not a happy bunny, I told them if I didn't have the item in my office I wanted to speak to the owner. It arrived two days later. Overall, timescale wise not reliable.”

But never get any emails of phone call . I have contact them by more than 5 emails but no answer and I have conact them by phone yesterday 30?03/2020 and they informed me they will back to me by email of phone but nothing yet. today is 31/03/2020 and I can wait another 2 weeks just need they let know but I think they ignored me for good . very poor service and I never ever try buy from them .”
