“This shooting line is a very easy line to handle. Hardness is just right and there is moderate tension. But not too hard. It's flat and handles well. I use 40lbs on double hand #6 and #7. It's just the right thickness. The disadvantage is that the line is already twisted at the time of manufacture, so it is necessary to wind it while unwinding it when winding it around the reel. This is something I would like to see improved.”

“Loop Tackle is a high end tackle manufacturer, and customer service is outstanding. I broke a #8 Cross Flatsman tip in 2019, so the rod was 6 years into service and was phased out due to the introduction of the SW. Got a new made tip in no time. My fly fishing brand for life!!”
