“On 2/17 I ordered a purple turtleneck. On 2/20 I received a brown & white patterned shirt which I did not order! On 2/21 they promised to refund the return shipping and "We will process a separate refund after we receive the item in our warehouse and after we process the return." It is now 3/27 and all I have received is the refund on the shipping. NEVER SHOP here, no matter how good the price appears to be. They take your money & never send what was ordered!”
“I have placed an order for 3 items. They shipped two and charged me for all three items. I reported this to them, sending the package slip. It has been 2 months without resolution, no money back, no responses. This has only one name: theft.”
“Buyer beware when ordering online from Lord and Taylor. I purchased an evening gown which arrived on February 5. I requested a return on February 20 because the size 2 dress was too large. Their customer service claimed my purchase was a final sale and I should have read the product details more closely. The web page claimed TRUE TO SIZE and the model was quite tall and slim so difficult to gauge how the dress would fit. Return policy is too restrictive with marketing language that is too misleading to ever purchase from this store. I do not recommend.”
