“Following the sell-out of the M.C.C v Rest Of The World programme on the day it was very rewarding that Lord's were prepared to cater for the cricket fan unable to attend. They kindly put a reprint in hand with the bonus of including, for a small fee, a printed score card. The programme arrived punctually before the estimated date, Well done Lord's David Brown Oxford”

“I got no confirmation email No recipt I called up and they assured me i would get a phone call back and no body did.? Im still chasing my tour tickets up.? Dont no how much i have been charged yet or are they even coming”

“I ordered a shirt as part of my brothers birthday present, I waited a few weeks for it to arrive but no joy so I sent a email to enquire if there was a problem and got a email back a couple of days later saying that you had no shirts that size in stock and your suppliers would not be sending anymore of that size. WHy could no one let me know sooner and I could have got him something else as part of his birthday present . Yours Raymond McColl”

“Beautiful book. When I placed order failed to receive email confirmation. Rang next day and was told book ready to be des patched. Waited 3 weeks nothing received. Rang again. Book arrived 2 days later!”

“I ordered sweat jacket online. I paid for it same time but did not receive any payment confirmation on email (not in junk folder also). I called twice for same but still not revived it but managed to get order number. And I receive item almost after 15 days”

“I had to ring the shop as I just could not get into the shop page on the website. Asked for special delivery but was told only recorded so went for that. Did panic when the gift didn't arrive until 2 hours before the presentation! Ordered Monday got on Thursday. Staff very pleasant.”
