“I was waiting for 3 items for more than 3 weeks. They didn't inform me about my order delay until I called up their call centre and asked more details. As one item out of 3 from my order was not available in their warehouse, so they were waiting for availability of that stock. They didn't bother to inform me the current situation.”

“I was very pleased to think that I was purchasing something so exclusively regarding cricket for my husband, and my father. I ordered and have received 2 t-shirts and the standard of material appears to be very good - the sizing is slightly smaller than I would have anticipated but it worked in my favour as there were only Size L available in the choices I made and as both my husband and father would ordinarily wear an M, the fact that the L fits is good for me! I was very disappointed that having been told I was eligible for a discount this was not followed through at the check out and then the double whammy was being charged twice for p&p when the delivery address was the same for both and neither t-shirt was more than the minimum weight allowance. I would advise that multiple orders to the same address should not carry the same p&p for each item. My husband is very happy with his present, my father won't get his till May - I just hope my husband doesn't send it back when he sees the bill!!”

“products i bought very good excellent quality as you would expect from lords received them 4 days after ordering them only problem was the delivery company, who left my package on my drive, as this is an open driveway i was very lucky that no one had seen the package and taken it.”

“No e-mail confirmation, the order was cancelled without my knowledge or awareness. Included in the order was a souvenir Ashes scorecard. I took my son to watch the Ashes match at Lord's. It was his first game. This was to be his Christmas present. The order was accepted in October and cancelled without me knowing in November. I did ring up but was told to wait as some items in the order were out of stock. This is no way to run a mail-order business. When I re-ordered the items (this time in stock) were of good quality”
