“I was very pleased with my purchase - the lion with the ashes urn - but I do wish it had been in a presentation box. As it was a gift for someone, I now have to find a suitable box and cover with cellophane, etc., to make it look presentable! Myra Bayliss”

“I needed to send a gift to my grandson in England, who is an aspiring cricketer. I requested Lord's shop on-line for some gifts. They were prompt in delivering the gifts, and also were kind enough to place a note in the package wishing him a Happy Birthday. An excellent experience.”

“I bought a lovely Ashes t-shirt from you online. We took a tour of Lord's with lunch in the tavern. Our guide was James and he was fantastic - a real mine of information. I saw books for sale "The MCC story of the Ashes" a brilliant book so I decided to buy a couple of copies to keep for Xmas presents. Unfortunately it was not listed online but some of the books were listed twice! The book was £ 20.00 can you correct this? K & J Setchell”
