“The shop is set within a phone box and because of this I was unsure at first. So I sat nearby the phone box whilst enjoying a coffee so I could keep an eye on my phone. I needn’t of been worried though. From booking the appointment, collection, with card payment available and receipt being sent electronically, it’s all very professional. And my broken iPhone se is now fixed. I am very impressed and would use his services again.”

“Amazing Value and Service. By far the cheapest around for iPad screen replacement. Mine was a total mess. They arrived yesterday morning at my work to pick up the iPAD and 2 hours later it was back in my office fixed. All for £115 including courier delivery. Will only use this company from now on for any screen damage to phone / ipad etc.”

“Had my iphone 6 screen replaced at the shop in Tottenham street in June at a reasonable price. Job was quick and screen was working with no problems. They told me that there was a lifetime warranty on the screen which sounded good. 4 months later, the screen started lifting and coming loose. I took the phone back and they replaced it with a brand new screen in less than 30 minutes... no charge, all under warranty. Staff are professional and friendly. I would use them again without hesitation.”

“Took my IPhone 7s (very badly damaged screen) to the Apple store on Regents St, only to be told it couldn’t be repaired. Decided to try LoveFone as I have used them before with great success. They repaired the phone in 30 mins so it was looking like new and working perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be using the again.”

“Went to apple they told me Iphone was knacked and tried to sell me a new model, took my IPhone into these guys @LoveFone who diagnosed screen had failed (despite no obvious damage) all fixed with new screen within 20 mins for £59 and phone working perfectly again. Great service and all seems to be well still a few days post repair. I'm livid with Apple and have written to them to ask how was it they were unable to do any similar diagnostics, but hats off and good job guys-thanks!”

“Shoddy low quality batteries that can permanently damage your phone. I brought in my iPhone 5S in January 2018 to get a replacement battery but it only lasted about 4 months before my phone dropped 80% charge in under two hour. They replaced it in June 2018 but the same thing happened until one day it repeatedly turned off and on losing 30% charge each time. Overnight the battery swelled so much it pushed the screen off my phone (pictured). The first battery they supplied was either low quality or faulty. The second battery suffered a catastrophic failure that could have permanently damaged my phone. The repairs have always been fast and the staff friendly but definitely go somewhere else instead. Save yourself the hassle and potential permanent damage.”
