“Took my IPhone 7s (very badly damaged screen) to the Apple store on Regents St, only to be told it couldn’t be repaired. Decided to try LoveFone as I have used them before with great success. They repaired the phone in 30 mins so it was looking like new and working perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be using the again.”

“Went to apple they told me Iphone was knacked and tried to sell me a new model, took my IPhone into these guys @LoveFone who diagnosed screen had failed (despite no obvious damage) all fixed with new screen within 20 mins for ÂŁ59 and phone working perfectly again. Great service and all seems to be well still a few days post repair. I'm livid with Apple and have written to them to ask how was it they were unable to do any similar diagnostics, but hats off and good job guys-thanks!”

“Shoddy low quality batteries that can permanently damage your phone. I brought in my iPhone 5S in January 2018 to get a replacement battery but it only lasted about 4 months before my phone dropped 80% charge in under two hour. They replaced it in June 2018 but the same thing happened until one day it repeatedly turned off and on losing 30% charge each time. Overnight the battery swelled so much it pushed the screen off my phone (pictured). The first battery they supplied was either low quality or faulty. The second battery suffered a catastrophic failure that could have permanently damaged my phone. The repairs have always been fast and the staff friendly but definitely go somewhere else instead. Save yourself the hassle and potential permanent damage.”
