“Fouad who works in the Red Phone Box (yes, really, an old BT Red Phone Box!) in Holborn is not only brilliant, but friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He has fixed so many of my friends and family’s ‘phones I’ve lost count! Wonderful!”

“Amazing! Ive had a mobile and insurance for so many years and never once needed it to be fixed. Typical that when I stop my insurance a few months later I go and smash the screen on the pavement. Without apple care, things started to look pricey until I came across Lovefone. Still unsure I read the reviews and the cost was lot cheaper than other similar places out there. Book an appointment via the website which is an amazing idea as I knew I was 100% going to be seen that day and time and not be waiting around likes its a hospital. Went in, the guy looked at my phone, said no problem, 30 min max, you can stay or come back. Went to Oxford street to do few things, came back, amazing, all sorted. Looked like new, even had a screen protector on it. 100% great service, easy, quick, reliable and would go and see them again. Been a few days now since it was fixed and the screen is working like usual; no colour problems or light or speed problems, so again great great great.”

“What a life saver! Fell on my back pocket while riding a bike Monday evening. Looked for screen repair shops all over the city. Luckily, found Lovefone while browsing. Made appointment for 9am next day which took 30 seconds. Showed up at 9:05am. By 9:35am, walked out with a working iPhone again. No mess, no fuss. All for exactly £59! What a deal”

“Had an excellent experience with Lovefone. At 8am I smashed my phone screen, couldn't use it any more. By 9am I had booked with Lovefone. A courier picked up my phone by 10am and it was back with me by lunch time. Not only did they fix my phone screen quickly, they also repaired the vibration in my phone as well free of charge. Their communication across phone calls and emails was very prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.”

“My phone screen was pretty damaged, went there, left my phone and came back in an hour to find it perfectly fixed and for a very reasonable price. I’m so happy, it looks brand new!”

“My girlfriend recommended this place and it was all what she mention it would be. Quick, reliable and very professional I did not catch the name of the guy who did it but he was working in Holborn on Friday evening. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone.”
