“Great service. Made an appointment via their website, which was very easy. Got an email and text confirmation & a reminder the day before the appointment. The screen was replaced in their open workshop within 20 mins. The lady that helped me at the front desk is very professional and most helpful. A short while after, I realised the home button was a little loose. I emailed lovefone and the lady got straight back to me and said come back when convenient. Went there today and they said the rubber behind the button needed replacing. They did this free of charge.! My experience was fantastic and am very happy to recommend lovefone to anyone that needs a service they provide. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Still so few places replacing Pixel 2 screens so we took advantage of a trip to London to get it done by Lovefone. Didn't book, just turned up. Great fast and friendly service!”

“Excellent service for a repair. Always wise to pre-book an appointment. Check out their sale price for some repair items on their webiste beforehand. There also have a range of refurbished iphones at good prices if yours is beyond repair.”

“I've always been nervous of using third-party repair services, but when I got quoted a ridiculous price by my OEM I decided I would give Lovefone a try. Let me tell you folks - they are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for confidence that these are the right people to look after your shiny smartphone, I can assure you that these guys are the ones to pick. The service is quick. They repaired the screen on my Pixel with a super-fast turnaround. I sent my phone to them and it was back pretty much within 48 hours. They let me know when they'd received it, when they'd fixed it and when they'd posted it back (thanks Anca!). The best thing of all was the aftercare however. I wasn't quite happy with the fix, but whilst a lot of providers wouldn't want to know, Lovefone took the phone right back, paid for the postage and sorted it out. I don't know what else I can say. Great service. Rapid turnaround. Brilliant communication. Fantastic aftercare. Oh - and brilliant price!”

“Very good service. Friendly staff and nice easy-going yet professional environment. My screen was fixed in 30 minutes, which was a plus. The only thing, which is not the fault of LoveFone, is that the new screen is not as responsive as the original Apple iPhone screen. But this was to be expected and all replacement screens would have this problem.”

“Never thought my iPhone screen and battery could be replaced in the span of 20-30 minutes! Awesome service and it also comes life time warrantee (just for the screen) so I am at ease whenever my screen might break again. Top service and quality replacements are being used with Lovefone. I will definitely come back if any issues arises with my iPhone”
