“My daughters both have an iPhone 5s and the batteries were dying. Whilst visiting London, we popped into the Tottenham Street branch and asked could they replace both batteries without an appointment? That was no problem. A few details required and we were told it would take around 30 minutes and we were free to wait in the shop of visit the many nearby shops. We returned 40 minutes later and both phones were ready. And Lovefone also reminded me that the second order had a £5 discount. A couple of minutes to pay, invoice sent by email and we were away. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did what they promised they would do. Batteries came with around 75% charge and two days later, the phones suddenly turning off or phone have a low battery problem with 50% indicated have gone away.”
