“They are very professional, and deliver a fast service, not sure about the warranty I had a issue with a faulty screen that fell off ( I think they forgot to put the screws in the phone to lock the screen in) the manager seemed to imply it was tampered with it which couldn't quite see his arguement. Couldn't be bothered to argue as the manage seemed very aggressive I was a little embarrassed by their accusation and felt they let their self's down and could deliver better customer service .”

“Thursday night at 10pm my wife dropped her phone and cracked the screen, by 11am on Friday I was at the LovePhone shop, and by 11.30 the screen was fixed with a smile and no fuss. Whats not to like”

“I dropped my phone getting off a train, on the way to an important meeting. LoveFone were able to repair the damage very quickly and efficiently and also replaced the battery of my phone which was beginning to have issues. The following day, I noticed a minor imperfection with the new screen and it was replaced very quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction as soon as I brought it to their attention. Very happy with the standard of the work and with their customer service 5/5”
