“I was worried about getting my ipad fixed by anyone other than Apple but couldn't afford the cost. I even considered doing it myself! but when googling it I came across a newspaper article featuring lovefone and thought i'd give them a go instead as they'd had such good reviews so far.I haven't been disappointed. Fantastic service, kept updated at every step of the way and was sent back to me extremely quickly and good as new! I would definitely recommend Lovefone and have done so already.”

“Did exactly what they advertised. My iPhone battery was replaced in 20 minutes. £39 is a little expensive but you get what you pay for.”

“I used the courier service which I have to say is outstanding. I had my phone back within 2 hours and it looks new again. Very cheeky little facebook frape appeared which all my mates found hilarious. For me it was funny, but you might need to be careful who that prank is played on as someone could be quite offended by the toilet humor. That being said a fantastic service I'd definitely use again. Thank you”

“I love Lovefone. Second time I have used them and cannot fault them. You might be able to find slightly cheaper options (though not by much) but I wouldn't bother going anywhere else because they are highly professional, courteous and damn fast. If I could give them six stars not five I would.”

“Efficient, inexpensive and my phone is as good as new! I booked an appointment through the super easy online form and got one for the same afternoon that I dropped my phone. The cost was less than half of what Apple charged, and my phone had a new screen within 8 minutes! Couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend.”
