“I applied online, i was contacted almost instantly by email with a quote for repair and bike courier, once I agreed the courier was here within the hour, (I think it might have been less than 30 mins!)... The phone was back with me a couple of hours later as I was paying the cost online... Roxanne from LoveFone was extremely helpful. I hope I never need to use your service again but with 4 children I reckon it's only a matter of time!”

“It's always painful to have your phone screen shattered, usually by a stupid mistake. First you start blamibg yourself for hours, and then start to look around for solutions. Some people can live with a broken screen, in my case the screen was really broken badly and I couldn't see clearly. Their price was still high, but much lower than going to the official channels. You have the comfort the you can go back to them if there's any problem, and they're really quick. Mine was done in 15 minutes! Book online and guarantee you can have your phone back on the same day.”

“Cracked screen was killing me, Apple Store wanted me to wait a week to book a Genius Appt. So pleased to find Lovefone who picked up my phone from my office, replaced the screen and had it back to me within the hour. Very cool.”

“A brilliant experience. Phone broken, didn't know where to go. Discovered Lovefone on the Internet and saw that it is really central. Read a few of the already exsisting reviews that were all really positive and booked an appointment online (very easy). Next morning walked in there and they took the phone, i had a cup of tea round the corner, 30 minutes later and it's done. Perfect quality and service. And they are so kind. Thanks again Lovefone!”

“I'd thought my phone would be going in the bin or at best I'd be begrudgingly handing it over to a dodgy pop up shop in the hope they wouldn't break it. Lovefone made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Professional, friendly, very quick and a good price. I have already raved about the service to my colleagues and, while I sincerely hope my phone doesn't break again, I'd be straight back there if it did. Well done guys!”

“Really easy to book. Went for a 9am appointment and phone was repaired within 15 mins. Friendly and helpful staff. A small workshop / shop which means you can see the work being carried out. Good proximity to Goodge Street tube station”

“Even though I came in late for my appointment, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding of the fact that I had to catch a train and had only a short amount of time. It was my problem that I was late, yet they took my phone from me and installed the replacement component in a really short space of time. Also felt that it was very reasonably priced. Thanks.”

“I had a brilliant experience with Lovefone. All the staff were super friendly and professional and the work was done beautifully in the time they said - a short 20 minutes!! Even more amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make my 4-year old happy with a selection of treats and a look at their work. Awesome experience and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!”
