“Excellent service. I needed a new battery for my iPhone and they charged £10 less than the other quote. I booked the appointment at 12.30, gave them my phone at 13.00 and had it back by 13.25. Would recommend to everyone who needs work done quickly and professionally.”

“iPhone 6 wouldn't charge Fuentes to missing pins in the charging dock...Went to lovefone at 9.20 had the charging dock replaced by 10.00!!! Great service phone charges perfectly. Went to the Apple Store who wanted to charge over £200 for a replacement where I got the phone fixed by lovefone for £40!!! Great service”

“Could not charge phone. Was obvious that lightning socket faulty and had tried all the sensible stuff to clean out fluff etc. Booked appointment for 10am next day to replace socket. 10.30am picked up phone. Job done. No hassle. Good price. Nuff said.”

“After having a new iPad screen fitted last October my home button started not functioning a couple of months back whilst I was abroad. I took it in on my return yesterday and they had it working again well within two hours free of charge. They also fitted a new glass protector in 2 minutes on my iPhone whilst I waited for £10 which I thought was excellent service. Lovely friendly people in this shop. They even called me to tell me my iPad was ready. I wish all ships had this level of customer service. It is the third time I have used them and will always go back there now.”

“Went to a cheaper outfit for an iphone screen repair, nearer to where I was working, a bad result as inferior parts were used and the phone performed badly then after two months failed. Why didn't I use Lovefone in the first place, excellent service using quality spares, happily my phone is now as good as new. Don't bother with anyone else, these people are all you need. : )”

“Accept Amex. You charge £70 for a procedure, you can afford the slightly higher transaction costs. People who own iphones, own Amex's. If you will continue to not accept Amex please warn people before you just take their phone off them and perform the service.”

“Fixed my iphone 6 screen yesterday with Lovefone. Very happy about the screen quality and quick service. Only thing is that they forgot to put 1 of the screws back in which I find should not happen considering the price. Had to go all the way back to the store after which they put the missing screw in which took just a minute. Would have given 4 stars if the screw was not missing :).”

“Amazing service! I live on a small island off the coast of uk, expected the wait time to be considerable, but sent my phone in on Tuesday for a screen repair, and received it back 3 days later. So quick and easy. No hassle. Would 1000% recommend to anyone for long distance repair. Really impressed!”
