“A ready welcome and willingness to provide a "walk-in" service. 20 minutes and the job was done. I chose Lovefone because all my reading on non Apple replacement battery's suggested that one could end up with one worse than the one that it was replacing and I felt that with their established location and good reviews I might have longer term support. So far, my phone is working like new and I feel re-assured by the service that I have received. "What made me happy?" The smile of the young lady that served me!”

“We bought a pristine iPhone 5S. The phone arrived within 72 hrs, only delay was the courier. On arrival the phone was as described, fully working and no signs of use on the case. Communication was excellent. Very happy and will use again.”

“If I could give higher than a 5/5 I would ! Lovefone always give a fast, efficient, professional service. I would recommend them to everyone. The staff are always helpful and quick to respond to our urgent requests. I use their courier service to collect our damaged devices and redeliver them once they are repaired and this is also fast and efficient. A big thank you to Lovefone from me :-)”
