“Having booked an appointment online, I was seen to immediately on entering the store & my iPhone battery was replaced within 10 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and speedy service. Would highly recommend.”

“Really quick and easy service - broke my phone in the morning and by the afternoon I had a brand new screen. I chose to wait as they fixed it, and it was ready in under 10 minutes - even faster than the 20 they estimated. I've also had my battery replaced here and again - super fast, efficient service.”

“I brought my apparently-dead Nexus 5 phone in on Thursday afternoon. Lovefone's quote was that I'd only pay if they could fix it, which they did by Friday morning. This saved me arranging a courier to collect the old phone, configuring a replacement phone, etc. that the warranty cover by LG would have required.”

“The iPhone 5's screen was badly smashed and I had totally failed at trying to fix it and made it a lot worse. Lovefone managed to make the phone look brand new again in less than 20 mins. Brilliant work!”

“Went in without an appointment and they had time for me. I needed a new screen and power button on a Nexus 5, which for both took only an hour. It's like having a brand new phone. Quick, efficient and I'd definitely recommend.”

“They were able to take my phone and fix it in half an hour with no appointment, even if this is not always possible it was greatly appreciated on the day! I was recombined by a friend as they deliver a professional service at a reasonable price and this was definitely the case.”

“So helpful, so quick and so convenient. Who even knew there was a service where a nice chap would come to your office & fix your phone without you having to schlep halfway across London?! Very good. When I inevitably break my screen again, lovefone will be my first port of call.”
