“I turned up Sunday morning and my iPhone was ready for collection within 1.5 hours although I picked it up later as I was sales shopping. The battery was changed free of charge as it was still in warranty. This is my go to place for my Apple products to be fixed.”

“Handset collected from Moorgate by courier on a bicycle at 10:48. Received e-mail notification that the battery had been changed and handset was on its way back at 11:39. Handset given to me personally at 12:06. Extremely impressive and I was fully informed throughout the process. Saved me at least 2 hours waiting in the Apple shop.”

“I think the guys name is “ andreah “ who deserves to be recognised,lovely fella ,perfect customer service and sorted my gps areial within half hour despite me being late for my appointment on a Sunday ! Will bring all my business to this place even I live an hour away . The experience was so nice that I told him to charge me an extra £15 for his services but he refused .. cleaned my speakers aswel for no extra cost .. so glad after researching I found this place :) no wonder there have a 5* rating .. thank u so much “Andrea” and lovefone 👍🏽 Next week another appointment for my old iPhone 4s screen and my mums ipad.. it was the reasonable price and 5* rating which convinced me to go there despite being an hour away so thought a long review will reassure others aswel .. for anyyy iPhone issues this is the place to go 👌🏽 Kind regards Shajjat”
