“I first had a problem with my iphone 6 two ish years ago, when it started to loose wifi signal, Bluetooth would only work within about 2 feet of the target speaker, and the GPS 'circle of uncertainty' grew wider and wider, making finding my location on any map app impossible. My phone was out of Warranty, but I took it to the Apple store in Manchester, who said 'no hope - it needed a new Mother board', I tried a local third party repair shop and got the same answer. So I gave up and bought a new phone, and put this one in a cupboard. A couple of weeks ago I came across the phone and again googled the problem I was having with the phone, and straight away found a possible solution - replace the WiFi Antenna Signal Flex Cable Ribbon. So I printed this answer out and took my phone to my local repair shop, who said - No that wont work. I took it to another shop, again with the solution, they charged my £9.99, and told me they had replaced the antenna, but it hadn't worked. 'Replaced the cable but only charged £9.99 When a new cable costs more than that' I said ? - I Didn't believe them but they insisted they had. About to give in I found LoveFone on the Web - They had not only heard of my problem, but had a specific fixed price fix for it. I paid and posted my phone to them recorded delivery on Wednesday afternoon, I got several emails from them keeping me informed on progress and on Friday morning I had my phone back. Fixed. Awesome service. The phone is now as working perfectly. So I can highly recommend LoveFone for this repair. Super Quick - no fuzz -”

“Loved ‘Lovefone’! Booked an appointment slot on their website for the following day, to have my iPhone 5S battery replaced. Website booking very easy to do. Arrived 15 mins before my appointment, was offered a seat and told it would take up to 30 mins. About 10 mins later it was done! The Receptionist was very friendly & helpful to other people who came in after me. The guys who work on the phones have a workshop behind the reception, so you can watch as they do it. It cost me £39, I have a 1-year guarantee and my phone is now working perfectly again. Very happy & would recommend & use Lovefone again 👍🏻”

“This was my third trip to lovefone over the course of the last 2 years (embarrassingly, really...) and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are lovely and, importantly, they do a very good job. In the past I have had frightfully bad experiences getting my screen changed elsewhere (on at least 2 occasions other issues emerged shortly after that the shop denied causing, before demanding even more money to fix the new problem), but with lovefone I have never had any problems at all. I initially went to lovefone because of the warranty, but I have thankfully never had to use it. In addition to this, the price is very reasonable (£49 for a new iPhone screen within 30 minutes) which is appreciated as it takes the sting out of having an accident. Many, many thanks, lovefone - but I hope I won’t be in again for a while!”

“An amazing service all round...my phone felt and looked brand new even though I had asked for a camera replacement I felt I received a far greater service than that. I also received a discount as it took longer than presumed, which was more than appreciated. I cannot recommend Lovefone enough. I will definitely use them again.”
