“Amazing and quick service. Only took 2 hours and it was a great job”

“The engineer that worked with me was superb. He was very nice and quick with his contact. My phone had a more complex issue than he could sort out in the office, so my phone was sent off to a lab. Although I had some trouble tracking exactly what was happening to the phone at first, the company was nice enough to partially reimburse me for the slight inconvenience. All in all, I'd still give 5 stars because my phone works perfectly, and management was so nice to me.”
