“I booked a appointment on-line on the same day and with in ten minutes of arriving at the shop the guys had fixed my iphone's rear camera after i dropped it. They explained that the camera had detached but is now working and because they didnt have to change any parts they wasnt going to charge me. Really good customer service, polite and friendly. I would highly recomend Lovefone!”

“I dropped my Iphone and the screen completely cracked... At that point I had two solutions, get it repaired by Apple for an astronomical price or choosing a way cheapest option like Lovefone. When you get a reparation done outside of Apple you loose all privileges to get assistance from them again. That said, I think if it's just a screen replacement Lovefone is a really good option. I took an appointment for the next day and in 30 minutes my phone was already brand new. The staff is nice, the wait inexistant and the price is really cheap. I would do it again but I'm not planning on breaking my screen anytime soon ;)”

“LoveFone repaired my cracked iPhone screen with a new screen. Booked an appointment for the following morning. Could have been ready in 30 mins if I wanted to wait, but collected later. One of the most reasonably priced in the West End. Great.”
