“My iPhone 7 Plus charging port had broken and would no longer charge. I booked a slot and courier online, Lovefone called me to confirm pick up time at around 9:30. They said the courier would be with me in an hour. The courier picked up the phone at 10:34 and delivered it back to me by 11:45 all fixed with a new charging port. Brilliant service and highly recommend.”

“A friend told be about this repair service. I like the fact that they are making use of a telephone box. But the service is probably the best part of this company. Was so simple to book and the battery replacement was done whilst I had a cup of tea in the cafe opposite. The phone was brought over to me in the cafe from where I was also able to make a payment. Such a friendly person as well. If you need your phone checked or repaired stop searching for queries and just book a check-up or repair with this company.”

“I visited Lovefone after comparing a few other mobile repair shops. Lovefone were one of the few repair companies which did authentic iPhone screen replacements rather than a ‘compatible version.’ My screen was replaced in around 20mins, which was great. They also fixed my Home button and earphone speaker which wasn’t working previously. The service was great and affordable, would highly recommend.”
