“I had my iPhone 7 screen replaced. The new screen is all right, however much darker than the original, showing duller and colder colours... I had to turn up a lot the screen display brightness so that everything is visible enough. It would have been better if Lovefone advised me about this significant change in the screen image brightness PRIOR to the screen replacement. I would have probably chosen a different “path” to fix the cracked screen...”

“Very good company, the replacement screen was fitted quickly and effeciently. Unfortunately something happened to the ID touch screen afterwards but i took it back to the shop the next day and all was mended quickly.”

“Found via a Google search. Based in Tottenham Street just off Tottenham Court Road. Friendly welcome to my arrival and request whether they could change the battery in my iPhone 5s, without me having to make a booking. Yes was the answer, we can do it now. Do you want to stay or come back in 20. When I got back the job was done. Pricing seemed competitive. I always give four stars, even when service is good.”

“After my first visit for a screen replacement I realised there was a slight fault with the touch screen so I took it back a week later. Unfortunatey, they had to replace the screen for a second time (although it was under warranty so free of charge). Although this was a little inconvienient, Fouad was very helpful and repaired my phone very quickly. He even fitted a slightly better screen after I expressed my concern about the brightness and colour. Thanks very much!”

“Despite what I was told by an Apple authorised repairer, the phone wasn’t beyond repair and only needed a new charger! So they save me hundreds of pounds. On top of that the guy who sorted out my phone was very pleasant.”
