“Although I went to the store on a Saturday, which meant there was not much of a line, I was able to leave the store way beyond the time that I had originally budgeted for.”

“A good quick and simple service. I did feel nervous about leaving my phone there as they didn't ask me to take my sim card out or turn it off, so I felt a little exposed and they didn't demonstrate any reassurance. But the process was so very quick and easy and my phone has been perfect since. I think a little more customer reassurance and it's be a 5 star service.”

“Very fast service and welcoming staff. However I wish I was told that the replacement glass would not be exactly the same as the original one: it is slightly darker, and I now have to increase the brightness. It is not a problem, but I would have appreciated being informed by the staff, instead of discovering it my myself.”

“Accept Amex. You charge £70 for a procedure, you can afford the slightly higher transaction costs. People who own iphones, own Amex's. If you will continue to not accept Amex please warn people before you just take their phone off them and perform the service.”

“I bought an iPhone 6 64gb and it arrived the next day and is perfect! I opted for the additional £9 screen saver and this was a MISTAKE! the screen saver is poor quality and the doesn't cover the entire screen so looks like you've stuck a random one on! Also it was poorly fitted and had air bubbles! However, Love phone refunded the £9 and sent me a replacement one to show it was the correct model (even though it doesn't fit!)”

“Arrived with a booking and they said I would have to wait for 30 mins rather than 10 mins quoted on the website. As for the job, so far so good - seems to have improved my phone battery and the price was good. No problems as of yet!”

“So far so good with this company - excellent product (iphone 6) and with a two year guarantee. Would have had an excellent rating but product didn't arrive the day after the ordering as told it would, but it did arrive first thing the day after. I'm a happy customer.”

“I had my screen repaired at lovefone and they did a good job. A few months later the glue used on the new screen started to detach from the base of the phone. The team at lovefone kindly fixed it for free right away.”
