“My Iphone6s had lighting port problems which the official Apple store cannot (or didn’t want to ) deal with. I found Lovefone online, their price was on the webpage, the booking system is quick, easy, straightforward - I got a same day appointment (also they were flexible as I called in after the online booking and changed the timeslot, which I moved 1 hour earlier) Their customer service was spot on and my experience in their shop was likewise really good. I was there about 25mins, while I waited they registered/repaired/tested my phone which now has a lifetime warranty on the repaired parts. The pricetag was also really good. I paid £39 for the repair instead of a £290 replacement at the applestore. No brainer really. 5* star experience from start to finish.”

“What a fantastic service. I have been struggling with a non-charging iphone 6 for months. Within 20 minutes, it was sorted, even though 2 other shops (including Apple) had told me there was nothing that could be done.”

“Broke my front facing camera last week. About to head off travelling and need it to FaceTime friends and family while away. Left my phone for 30 mins came back and it was fixed and screen protector added. The guy who fixed it was chilled and very kind. Would recommend this company 100%”

“I turned up Sunday morning and my iPhone was ready for collection within 1.5 hours although I picked it up later as I was sales shopping. The battery was changed free of charge as it was still in warranty. This is my go to place for my Apple products to be fixed.”

“Handset collected from Moorgate by courier on a bicycle at 10:48. Received e-mail notification that the battery had been changed and handset was on its way back at 11:39. Handset given to me personally at 12:06. Extremely impressive and I was fully informed throughout the process. Saved me at least 2 hours waiting in the Apple shop.”
