“Very quick at repairing. I waited in store for around 20 mins for my cracked screen and charging port to be fixed. Unfortunately a day later I did notice that my voice wasn't being picked up when recording. I guess the was due to the opening of the phone and maybe something wasn't connected back correctly. I informed Lovefone and they were happy to fix this for free which was good. I have now noticed that the speaker slightly crackles when I receive calls and the person speaks. Not sure if this is again due to the phone being opened and something becoming loose.”

“I left my iphone last Friday and they fixed in a couple of hours. the staff are very professional and friendly but a bit expensive. Anyway I recommend it if you have an issue with your phone.”

“They replaced a 5C battery for me with very efficient service but the new one turned out to be no better than the 4 year old original it replaced. After my review (3star) they contacted me and offered to replace it again. A few weeks later I returned to the shop and again with very efficient service they did the work on the spot. Four weeks on and the phone is holding charge very well. Great job. I'd give you 5 stars but for the inconvenience of having to return. Highly recommended.”

“Replaced my smashed front screen within 30 minutes. Removed one star because the screen seems of a medium quality and there are some tiny patches where the screen doesn't properly fit. But as it's an old phone and as it is barely noticeable, I am not bothered. Thank you!”

“I walked in and walked out in about half an hour. It was only a case of a battery for my iphone 6S and they also replaced the screen. A simple and efficient service and with a guarantee to boot....yes, it's probably a little more expensive, but professionals who know what they are doing, a service that cannot be replicated on your average high street....”
